YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
• Lead HR operations across multi-state locations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability
• Oversee payroll operations, audits, and multi-state tax compliance in partnership with Finance
• Provide executive guidance on employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Drive HRIS optimization, reporting, automation, and technology initiatives across the organization
• Partner with IT to oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity strategies

BACKGROUND PROFILE…
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years progressive HR leadership experience, including HR operations and payroll oversight
• 3–5+ years managing teams across multi-site and multi-state environments (500+ employees)
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA)
• Proven experience leading HRIS platforms, compliance initiatives, and process improvements

EXTRA CREDIT…
• Experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or related industries
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification
• Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, or enterprise technology projects
