Build reports and dashboards to provide useful HR metrics that monitor trends and support business performance. Maintain the company organization charts.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for continuous improvement in HR procedures to enhance efficiency and overall employee experience.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate with the finance and payroll teams to process changes to personnel data, validate invoices, manage leaves of absence (FMLA/LOA), and address benefit inquiries. Manage and/or support the company’s various incentive compensation plans, as well as periodic compensation benchmarking.

Employee Relations
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigations: Conduct objective, thorough investigations into employee complaints (e.g., harassment, policy violations) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating company policies, the employee handbook, and HR guidelines to ensure fair treatment.
  • Performance Management: Manage the overall process and advise supervisors and managers on addressing performance issues, providing coaching, and ensuring consistency in performance reviews.
  • Communications: Develop and disseminate employee communications as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Work Experience:  2+ years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a combined HR generalist capacity

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Labor Relations, or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. PHR/SHRM-CP credentials preferred.

Related Experience:

  • Strong conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive data with absolute discretion and tact.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
