HR Operations ProfessionalSeeking an experienced HR Operations professional with 10+ years of experience. The company is investing significantly in its HR technology landscape and offers a collaborative environment where leaders have the opportunity to shape long-term strategy and organizational growth.Job DescriptionServe as the primary HR systems subject matter expert, overseeing the day-to-day administration and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem. Manage and maintain UKG Pro, including Core HCM, reporting, performance management, learning management, and time and attendance modules. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure efficient system performance and business continuity. Oversee HR technology integrations and third-party system connections across HR platforms. Translate business requirements into functional and technical system solutions. Develop and enhance HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience through technology. Partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals. Strong hands-on experience configuring and maintaining UKG Pro, particularly Core HCM. Experience supporting additional UKG modules such as Performance Management, Learning Management, Time & Attendance, or Reporting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage system releases, testing protocols, integrations, and vendor relationships. Experience participating in HR technology transformations, implementations, or migrations. Strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Experience with HR analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.What's on OfferBase salary up to $150k + bonus.
