Job Description
| As the Human Resources Operations Sr. Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading and planning small and reoccurring projects within the HR Operations and Planning team. You will support complex and large-scale initiatives while working cross-functionally to deliver consistent employee experience. This role requires subject matter expertise in the business teams being supported, cross-functional collaboration with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and business team partners, the ability to identify risks and considerations and then influence HRBPs and other leaders in their decision making. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota.
