We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide administrative support for our HR processes. This temporary position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with three days onsite at our Omega Building in Dallas and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays. This role has the potential to last for up to two years, providing stability and a chance to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Process and track new hire (preboarding) activities
• Assist with I-9 documentation collection and entry in the system
• Review records for completeness and accuracy
• Respond to basic employee and manager questions via email
• Assist with routine data checks and flag missing or incomplete information
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors for routine follow-ups
• Provide general administrative and clerical HR support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience
• Experience with general I-9 information and completion
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information

Preferences

• Experience with HR systems (e.g., E-Verify, Equifax)
