Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite & Hybrid) Duration: Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description

Undergraduate or graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar careers

Experience in HR or Administration jobs

Demonstrated basic knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, motivational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to effectively interact in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships

The ability to provide quality customer service

Willingness to learn and be able to adapt to fast-paced, high-growth environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for running background checks and keeping track of them
  • Preparing offer letters and offer packages for candidates
  • Communication with the recruiting team and HR manager throughout the process and providing timely updates
  • Ensure candidate and new hire engagement during the onboarding process by providing progress updates and support through effective communication
  • Be able to quickly learn and understand company policies and processes to be able to support
  • Employee requests related to the project
  • Focus on a high level of customer satisfaction through soliciting stakeholder feedback and timely follow-up
