Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Process and maintain accurate biweekly payroll for 150+ employees
- Enter new hires, employee changes, garnishments, benefit deductions, PTO, payroll advances, and allowances into the payroll system
- Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Issue paychecks and earnings statements accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain payroll confidentiality and proper documentation
Human Resources Support:
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Track candidate onboarding progress and employment status
- Coordinate drug screening appointments and documentation
- Process separation paperwork and Department of Labor reporting within required timelines
- Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll experience processing payroll for 150+ employees
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with payroll systems and HR software
- DISA and ISNetworld experience preferred
