POSITION SUMMARY
The Payroll/HRIS Manager is the primary owner of end-to-end payroll processing and HR systems at FCTG. This role is responsible for executing the full payroll lifecycle for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution, while also leading the administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of HRIS platforms. As the subject-matter expert and system owner, the role drives data integrity, reporting, system enhancements, and vendor management. Partnering closely with Corporate Controllers and cross-functional stakeholders, the Payroll/HRIS Manager provides strategic guidance on payroll, compensation, and HR technology to support efficient operations and informed decision-making aligned with organizational goals.
