MitchPath Logistic LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Manager to support daily hiring operations and employee management. This role is responsible for assisting with applicant tracking, onboarding coordination, and payroll preparation.
This is an entry-level opportunity with room for growth into a leadership role as the company expands.
• Review and manage incoming job applications
• Assist with candidate communication and scheduling
• Maintain organized employee records
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation
• Prepare and verify payroll information for processing
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
• Work alongside management to improve hiring processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge (email, forms, data entry)
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Reliable and consistent work ethic
• Willingness to learn HR and payroll systems
• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Interest in Human Resources or business operations
• $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
