6+ years of HRIS/Payroll experience with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll.
Strong functional understanding of EPC workforce complexities including labor classification, site-specific compensation, and compliance issues.
Hands-on experience with payroll configuration, fast formulas, HDL/HSDL, costing, retro pay, and statutory reporting.
Experience working with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), project costing integrations, and site-based time capture tools.
