HR People Partner
Growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee relations and partner with leadership in a union environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with employees and union representatives
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Partner with leadership on HR policies and procedures
- Support a positive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of HR experience in a unionized environment
- Strong employee relations and labor relations experience
- Ability to navigate difficult situations with confidence and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree preferred
