Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a HR Professional. Responsibilities:
  • Support many talent lifecycle and HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, performance management, promotion, employee relations, and succession and contingency planning
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Support requisition approval processes
  • Support relocation, immigration, and mobility programs and processes
  • Represent HR function in New Hire orientation events
  • Support cyclical HR processes including annual talent, performance, and compensation reviews
  • Create, prepare and analyze reports

Requirements:

  • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday, database management and record keeping and MS Office
  • Understanding of the hiring process
  • Understanding of and familiarity with HR best practices
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Ability to begin to engage with business leaders immediately
  • Communicates effectively
  • Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking
  • Exercises sound judgement, prioritizes effectively, and strives for continuous improvement
  • Effectively collaborates with colleagues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
