Job Summary
The Human Resources Program Manager will oversee the recruitment and hiring process, manage HR administrative and payroll functions for MHSADS, support employee relations activities, implement personnel policies, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
The HR Program Manager will:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field and two (2) years of related HR work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, credit check, driving record check and negative TB screen/test. Must have a valid driver's license in Virginia or regional state of residence.
