Seeking an experienced HR Project Manager for a remote contract role in Life Sciences.
Lead the HR workstream of an enterprise transformation involving a newly acquired business unit.
Manage project planning, HR systems, change management, and cross-team coordination across Delivery, Platform, Vendor, and Architecture.
Require 5-10 years of large-scale project management, software development experience, API knowledge, and familiarity with HR systems like Workday and Clarity PPM.
Responsibilities include developing project plans, risk management, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and resource allocation.
Strong communication, leadership, and Agile skills needed. PMP certification is preferred.
Rate: $60-$70/hr W2. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, and life insurance.
Must work on W2 basis with compliance to AI-driven screening processes.
