HR Records Specialist Responsibilities

• 
  
• Scan, organize, and digitize active and terminated employee personnel files into a new electronic records system.
• 
  
• The HR Records Specialist will prepare, index, and upload HR documents while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• 
  
• Review scanned files for quality and resolve any document discrepancies.
• 
  
• The HR Records Specialist will maintain organized electronic and physical personnel records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• 
  
• Track the progress of document conversion and ensure records are accurately maintained.
• 
  
• The HR Records Specialist will provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the HR Records Specialist Role

• 
  
• Previous experience in administrative support, records management, document scanning, or data entry.
• 
  
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Comfortable working independently and managing a high-volume workload.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
