The primary responsibility of a CSC Team Member is to support the daily operations of TradeWorX field offices through a mix of recruiting support, candidate sourcing, payroll assistance, benefits administration, administrative functions, onboarding support, employee communication, and general field office support.
 
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in growing within recruiting, staffing, payroll, HR administration, operations, or field office support.
CSC Team Members will be trained across multiple areas of the business and considered for future growth opportunities within TradeWorX.
 
Objectives of this role
  • Work closely with management, recruiters, field office teams, and operations leadership to support daily recruiting and operational needs.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and recruiting efforts across a variety of skilled trades roles.
  • Support payroll-related processes by helping collect, review, organize, and follow up on timekeeping information.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including employee communication, enrollment support, documentation, and general benefits-related questions.
  • Support onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance processes for new hires and field employees.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure field offices operate efficiently, professionally, and consistently.
  • Help maintain accurate records in company systems, including candidate information, employee documentation, job orders, payroll details, benefits records, and compliance files.
  • Communicate with candidates, field employees, clients when needed, and internal team members to help keep processes moving smoothly.
  • Support TradeWorX field offices with daily tasks that improve employee experience, client service, and operational follow-through.
 
Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Assist with writing, posting, updating, and refreshing job advertisements as needed.
  • Screen resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open skilled trades positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach by phone, text, and email.
  • Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating follow-ups, and moving candidates through the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in company systems.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, employee documentation, compliance forms, and new hire file completion.
  • Support payroll functions by helping collect timecards, verify missing information, follow up on incomplete submissions, and communicate with field employees or field offices when clarification is needed.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment tracking, employee communication, eligibility questions, benefit documentation, and coordination with internal leadership or benefit providers when needed.
  • Help field employees with general questions related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, documentation, schedules, assignments, and company processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to field offices, including data entry, document organization, file maintenance, reporting support, and internal communication.
  • Assist with employee check-ins, assignment follow-up, availability tracking, and updates to candidate or field employee status.
  • Support field offices with job order updates, candidate pipeline tracking, employee availability, start confirmations, and assignment details.
  • Assist with maintaining clean and accurate records in company systems to support recruiting, payroll, compliance, and operations.
  • Help coordinate communication between recruiters, field employees, payroll, benefits, management, and field office teams.
  • Support internal reporting needs, including recruiting activity, employee updates, payroll follow-up, and administrative tracking.
  • Assist with company programs, employee rewards, referral tracking, safety documentation, and other field employee support initiatives.
  • Provide professional communication and support to applicants, employees, clients when needed, and internal team members.
  • Assist with special projects and additional operational support as assigned.
