This role is Hybrid, you must be able to come into Carmel, IN office.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for assigned positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting pre-employment activities.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate background checks, employment screenings, offer documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and provide recruiting updates to hiring managers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive follow-up.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates by providing reliable support and following through on commitments.
Office Administration
- Coordinate daily office operations and serve as a primary point of contact for office-related needs.
- Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and other workplace resources.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipping activities.
- Support office moves, workspace assignments, facilities projects, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative systems to ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects and team initiatives.
- Partner with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient office environment.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- High School or GED
- 2+ years of recruitment and administrative support experience
- Possess and have ability to apply basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Good organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
