Job Description
A healthcare services network in Brooklyn, New York is seeking an HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and related human resources activities across a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: In-person/Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including administrative, office, and clinical support roles
- Source candidates, review applications, and screen resumes to identify qualified talent
- Coordinate interviews, manage submissions, and support job offer discussions and hiring workflows
- Maintain recruiting and HR data in applicant tracking and human resources systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Support compliance-related recruiting activities, reporting, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Recruiting experience within Human Resources
- Experience recruiting in healthcare
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Experience with iCIMS, PeopleSoft, JSS, or EC systems
- Experience with high-volume administrative recruiting support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Highly adaptable, organized, and personable approach
