Position: Senior Recruiter
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM
Pay: $28.85 per hour
We are seeking an experienced, high-level Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 90–120 days. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who can independently manage the full recruitment life cycle and support hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership-level positions.
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with other talent acquisition projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably recruiting for professional, technical, or leadership-level positions.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
