Position Overview:
The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support staffing needs across the hospital. This role partners closely with department leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions, ensuring timely and compliant hiring practices in alignment with organizational goals.
The recruiter develops and executes effective sourcing strategies, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, and facilitates the offer and onboarding process. This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive candidate experience while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, including those related to healthcare compliance and credentialing.
Additionally, the Healthcare Recruiter monitors recruitment metrics, supports workforce planning initiatives, and contributes to retention efforts by helping identify candidates who align with the organization's culture and patient care standards.
