Manage job postings and recruitment advertising across multiple platforms
Source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
Screen applicants and identify top talent
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and leadership
Assist with offers, onboarding documentation, and new hire orientation
Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring practices, and company policies
