Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Mclean, VA - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Rate: $25- $30/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
- Ability to manage candidates effectively with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
- Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs
- Experience working with recruiting data and analytics
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages
- Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand and fulfill unique talent needs
- Source candidates using innovative techniques, including search engines, career sites, and recruiting events
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-volume and precise data tracking
