HR Recruiter

We're partnering with a dynamic organization in the McLean area that is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate need, offering a mix of in-office and remote work.
About the Role:
This position will support full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, including both general and more complex positions. The team is fast-moving and highly collaborative, so the ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for a variety of roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple channels
Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Support recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment
Experience supporting both high-volume and complex/strategic searches
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in the McLean area

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
