Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview coordination.
- Negotiate job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms to secure top candidates.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to track candidates and streamline hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote employer branding.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve hiring practices, candidate experience, and workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience in sourcing passive candidates through creative strategies and networking.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet hiring goals.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with the right opportunities.
