Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by managing the

full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and

onboarding. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager

to grow in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates across job boards and social platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 0–1 year of recruiting or HR experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruiting tools is a plus

Compensation

  • $23 Per Hour + Quarterly performance bonus
