About This Unique Role
This is a unique, high-impact role that requires a recruiter who can think and operate strategically. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent who will bring a consultative, client-focused mindset that aligns with the organization's culture and business objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pasadena, CA. The role is strategically structured to be split between Recruitment (approximately 70%) and HR Support (approximately 30%), with flexibility to adjust based on organizational priorities. The individual in this role will take ownership of recruitment initiatives while also providing hands-on HR support, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
