    Description

    The (Temporary/Contract) Recruiter drives full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations nationwide, acting as the primary point of contact between candidates and hiring managers from first outreach through day one. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building candidate pipelines, moving people quickly and accurately through the hiring process, and keeping recruiting operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Light HR administrative support rounds out the role.

    Essential Functions:

    • Assist with full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, warehouse, manufacturing, and professional positions across multiple locations.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
    • Post job openings across internal and external job boards, company websites, social media, and other recruiting sources.
    • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Maintain regular, proactive communication with candidates on application status and next steps.
    • Manage and keep applicant tracking system (ATS) records current and accurate.
    • Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
    • Provide support to the HR department on projects as needed.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Experience in high-volume or multi-location recruiting strongly preferred.
    • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
    • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

    Education and Experience:

    • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or high-volume customer service experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to sit for long periods of time.
    • Able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel.
    • Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 15 pounds.
