Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Mclean, VA - Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension 
Pay Rate: $30- $40/hr on w2 - without benefits
 
Overview:

Join our horizontal functioning team that covers multiple lines of business across the enterprise. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with a knack for business analytics and product management job families. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in McLean, VA, with a hybrid work model.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience recruiting for business analytics and product management job families with an expectation of 3 hires per month
• Full life cycle recruiting experience including intake conversations with hiring managers, sourcing, recruiting, interview management, extending offers, and onboarding management
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Polished communication skills for interaction with directors and superior client manager roles
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with recruiting software and tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct intake conversations with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Source, recruit, and manage interviews for potential candidates
• Extend offers and manage the onboarding process
