Pay Range: $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. This role is based in McLean, VA, with a competitive salary range of $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills and executive presence to support Director level hiring
- Ability to manage the full desk and source candidates independently
- Proven ability to maintain candidate relationships and meet hiring needs
- 2 years of experience in recruiting strategy, collaborating with recruiting managers and peers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies
- Ability to identify and implement solutions to complex recruiting issues
- Proficiency in using niche social networking and industry knowledge for recruiting
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Source, build, and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the recruiting process for high-level, difficult positions and specialty roles
- Execute the full life cycle recruiting process autonomously, meeting time-to-fill goals
- Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership and key stakeholders
- Screen and counsel candidates, coach the hiring team, and negotiate offers
- Facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team
- Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing
