Join our dynamic team as a Senior HR Recruiter where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring top talent to meet the unique needs of our organization. You will work closely with recruiters, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure we attract and hire the best candidates in the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
- Proficiency in recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand unique talent needs
- Manage the top-of-funnel recruiting process to achieve hiring deliverables
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters
- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results
- Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
