HR Recruiter - Sr

Title recruiter 
Duration: 6 months 
Location: Richmond (Hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week)
Salary Range: $40 - $50 hr.W2

Introduction
This role involves managing the full lifecycle recruiting process for data science, quantitative, and data analyst positions. The successful candidate will create compelling position descriptions, source diverse candidate pipelines, market the company’s talent brand, screen candidates, advise hiring managers, and negotiate job offers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years of experience in Human Resources OR 3 years of client consulting experience, OR a combination of the three
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
At least 5 years of experience in data analyst, data scientist recruiting 
At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process
Source stellar candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
