Position: HR Recruiter

Term: July 2026 - Jan 2027 - 6-month contract

Pay: $23/Hr-$25/Hr

Location: Tampa, on site 4 days - remote 1 day a week

Work Authorization: USC or GC ONLY


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience, a PHR or SPHR is preferred. 

Experience:

  • ·        2+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment/Staffing or Human Resources experience with an understanding of full life cycle recruitment. 
  • ·        The ideal candidate will have some experience Recruiting in a Corporate environment or a combination of Corporate and Agency environments. 
  • ·        Effective understanding in how to consult with and be a value-add partner to the BU leaders for organizations of support, in addition to screening and sourcing skills. 
  • ·        High degree of initiative, proactive in nature, results oriented with a strong sense of urgency. 
  • ·        Solid project management and organization skills. 
  • ·        Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly. 
  • ·        Adaptability, flexibility, and agility to multi-task and prioritize are essential. 
  • ·        Applicant Tracking System and proactive sourcing experience is ideal. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • ·        The Talent Acquisition Contractor will partner with internal TA Team and occasionally with business leaders to understand position and business requirements.
  • ·        Support effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent through a fair and inclusive recruitment process
  • ·        Source and screen candidate applications and job postings to match applicants with job requirements. 
  • ·        Conduct pre-screening interviews with candidates.
  • ·        Prepare interview guides, schedule interviews, reserve locations, calendar invites, prepare materials and overall logistics for interviews.    
  • ·        Maintain communication with candidates.
