Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting HR Recruiter in Onsite environment in Tysons VA. Responsibilities for HR Recruiter include but are not limited to:

· Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process

· Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates

· Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs

· Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters

· Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy

· Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

· Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

· Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunity

· Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision

· Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Candidates for HR Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

· At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting or combination

Preferred Qualifications

· At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience or combination

· Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs

· Must sit onsite in McLean, VA hybrid (thee days onsite)

Pay: $32.79 /Hour

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This HR Recruiter position is Hybrid. This role may require flexibility in work hours, including occasional extended hours to support operational demands.

Pay Details: $32.79 per hour
