Job Summary

We are seeking a HR & Recruiting Coordinator  to join our team at Home Care Connectors. In this role, you will support our HR department in various administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of our hiring and training processes. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of care we provide.

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening applications.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including training schedules and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback.
• Help develop training materials and programs for employee development.
• Participate in workforce management initiatives to optimize staffing levels.

Qualifications

Required

• Eager to learn and grow within HR
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of performance management principles and workforce management practices is desirable.
• This role requires you to be in person 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT

Compensation

Annual Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 yearly
