Position Summary: Working closely with the VP of HR & Recruiting, the Recruiting Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting all recruiting efforts for the credit union. This position ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, helps build and promote a strong employer brand, and attracts qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing methods. The Recruiting Specialist partners with hiring managers, new hires, and internal departments to facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee, including onboarding coordination and new employee orientation support. This position demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, continuous learning, and enhancing recruitment and onboarding processes to support organizational success. Assists in other areas of the Human Resources department as needed.
Travel: Ability and willingness to travel for various recruiting events across Eastern, Central, and Western Idaho.
