As an HR / Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in managing recruitment workflows, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting HR initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders across time zones.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding documents, and pre-employment paperwork.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring pipeline progress and time-to-fill.
  • Support onboarding activities, including setting up new hire accounts, preparing welcome kits, and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of ${experience} years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
