The HR Tech Analytics Analyst supports ministry impact/outcome by transforming HR and IT integration into a strategic asset, providing valuable insights and optimizing efficiency to accelerate the spread of the gospel.
The Senior HR Data Analyst role plays a critical part in transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions, enhance staff experience, and drive the mission. This role collaborates with HR and ministry leaders to identify key metrics, develop predictive models, and provide comprehensive data analysis.
The Kind of Work Youll be Doing:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify key metrics and provide comprehensive data analysis that supports workforce planning, talent management, and other HR initiatives.
- In partnership with US Technology, provide the requirements to develop data models needed for HR analysis and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive HR data analytics and reporting strategy, including frameworks, tools, and systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to forecast workforce needs and transform HR data into actionable insights.
- Design and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and performance.
- Establish and maintain HR data governance standards to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy regulations and legal requirements related to HR data management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR data management, reporting, and system use.
