The HR Service Center Associate serves as the liaison to employees and managers in a call center environment and/or business location(s). This position will support the administration and coordination of the HR Shared Services Team and incoming case volume. HR-related functions include, but are not limited to, centralization and coordination of employee life cycle activities and tasks, HR Systems and transactions, and program and policy improvements.
Essential Duties
Provide company-wide support to employees on general HR questions (walk-ins, HR Answers line, telephone, chat, or other points of contact) and escalate matters of greater complexity to Shared Service Manager as needed
Ensure all callers receive an outstanding customer experience on every contact with on-time delivery and production of work that meets or exceeds expectations
By utilizing a "cloud-based" phone system, actively monitor and accurately track information about all calls and any relevant information or follow up
Drive continuous improvement of HR Services through timely acknowledgment of requests/calls, timely resolution to requests/calls
HR Systems transactions (Workday "Super User") include onboarding, password resets, requisitions, life events, job changes, compensation changes, manager reassignment, supervisory organization management, offboarding, and more.
Recognition program administrator - understand the policy, eligibility, and system management (Achievers)
Oversees knowledgebase inventory via ServiceNow HR Service Delivery portal
Serves as a liaison for the Human Resources Department by preserving excellent employee relations through the timely response of employee inquiries in the following areas including but not limited to: company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and benefits, tuition reimbursements, employee rebates
Working both autonomously and in a team environment to provide HR Support to the Business Partners, Payroll, and Centers of Excellence within HR
Utilizes various resources to ensure that a complete and accurate answer is provided
Directs customers to additional resources, including documented information, reference materials, and self-service tools
Assist with pre-onboarding tasks (background checks, Form I-9 Verification, etc)
Identify opportunities to streamline processes wherever possible
Participate in HR systems testing as needed
Participate in and share expertise during team meetings and training sessions
Assist with other HR-related projects as needed
Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in various areas of HR such as Onboarding and Offboarding process management, HRIS, Benefits, & LOAs, supporting multi-site or remote clients
Must have a working knowledge of Human Resources and HR tools/systems (Workday, ATS/PeopleSoft, ServiceNow HR, ADP) in a multifaceted environment with CEOs, systems, and vendor interface.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
Base Salary Range: $54,413-$74,818
