Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives.
• 
  
• Serve as a resource for employees and managers by responding to HR-related questions and directing issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• 
  
• Assist with compliance and employee relations matters, including support for EEOC and FMLA processes.
• 
  
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
• 
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and support ongoing HR projects and process improvements.
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Experience providing Human Resources support, including benefits administration, employee relations, EEOC, and FMLA.
• 
  
• Experience with ADP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 
  
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and prioritization skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
