Overview
Unified Women's Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of MFM Associates to seek a HR Services Coordinator in New York, NY.
This position will lead all activities that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position is responsible for the development of processes, best practices and metrics that support the achievement of the Practice's business goals. This position is responsible for office administrative and facilities activities to ensure a harmonious work culture to employees.
Responsibilities
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting practice-specific orientation and training programs.
- Conducting periodic pay surveys with the help of Unified HR team.
- Works in tandem with Payroll to ensure the smooth administration of the bi-weekly payroll.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce practice policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintains human resource records.
- Scheduling management conferences with employees.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- File workers compensation claims.
- Promote a positive work culture and patient experience through leadership and communication.
Qualifications
Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 5-7 years of progressively increasing responsibilities.
