Position Type: 3 - 6+ month internship; Part‑Time or Full‑Time; Non‑Exempt.

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly, (DOE).

Location: This position is based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA

Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Documenting, tracking, and resolving employee inquiries using HR ticketing systems.
• Following established call center protocols and performance metrics.
• Updating employee databases and personnel files.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
• Perform other general HR duties as assigned.
• Some overtime, holidays, and weekends may be required. Travel may be required occasionally.

Required Qualifications:

• Junior level standing pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Human Resources, or related field.
• Ability to collaborate and generate new ideas within the team.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to inform decision making.
• Proven track record in effectively working with others to achieve results.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
• Passionate and love what you do.
