HR Advisor

A nationally recognized organization is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys employee relations, problem-solving, and serving as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Partner with leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and escalated HR issues while ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll, compensation, and benefits inquiries.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining detailed documentation and delivering exceptional service.
  • Research issues, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations to support sound business decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and contribute to a positive employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience supporting employees and managers within a large or complex organization preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, investigations, and case management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
