What You'll Do
- Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Partner with leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and escalated HR issues while ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll, compensation, and benefits inquiries.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining detailed documentation and delivering exceptional service.
- Research issues, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations to support sound business decisions.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization and contribute to a positive employee experience.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience supporting employees and managers within a large or complex organization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, investigations, and case management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience with HR systems and reporting tools preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
