Job Summary:
This role actively supports employees and managers by addressing HR-related inquiries through a dedicated portal. You will play a key part in ensuring timely resolutions and facilitating employee self-service for HR policies and procedures. This position also involves identifying and escalating process inefficiencies to mitigate HR risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve employees and managers with HR inquiries.
Support the employee lifecycle with efficient service.
Improve knowledge base for employee self-service.
Identify and address process/policy issues.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners.
Must-Have Skills:
Subject matter expertise in HR benefits, onboarding, and I-9 processes.
Excellent communication and articulation.
Detail-oriented and quick to learn.
Industry Experience:
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in Human Resources operations and employee support is essential.
