Job Title: HR Solution Specialist
Pay: $17/hr. - $26/hr.
Location: Remote (CST/EST Time Zone Preferred)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Solutions Specialist to join our team. The HR Solutions Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various HR functions. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training, and development programs.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience processing new hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Comfortable communicating in a high-volume ticketing system.
- Ability to build and run detailed HR reports in the HRIS.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
