The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking to add a part-time team member to our Human Resources Department. This person will manage assist with staff recruitment, special projects and administrative tasks related to People and Operations for our Association. We are looking for a candidate that is available to work Monday through Friday. This part time position starts at $20.00 per hour, and up to 25 hours a week.

DUTIES

Complete assigned candidate phone screens using a rubric to measure position fit. Support Directors with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and background checks. Ability to preform clerical and administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, inventory management and distribution of staff materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have a high school degree or its equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team, Sharepoint, One Drive). Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Detail-Oriented with strong follow through and documentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with staff, volunteers and prospective candidates. Preferred experience with HRIS and workforce management systems (UKG preferred).
