Volt is immediately a Part-time HR Specialist In Austin, TX, 78728!

As a Part-time HR Specialist, you will:

  • Part time role-20 hours a week on site!
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revising company policies
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
  • Answering employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, timecards)
  • Participate in HR projects

This is a Part-Time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills

Pay Rate: $25 to $30

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
