Description
We’re searching for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR Talent Team to support US compensation, benefits, and global recruitment in partnership with the Senior Director of HR. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution.
This role requires regular in-office presence to support collaboration and team engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits Support
Advise on U.S. compensation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and state tax requirements.
Administer U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, and employee inquiries.
Manage unemployment claims in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
Coordinate global merit increases and salary adjustments.
Conduct salary banding, pay equity reviews, and benchmarking analyses.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination).
Manage onboarding and new hire orientation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Track and report recruitment metrics.
Partner with leadership on hiring needs and strategies.
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS in compliance with employment laws.
General HR Support
Support HR projects, reporting, data analysis, and training coordination.
Contribute to employee experience and culture initiatives.
Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience with full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management.
Knowledge of US labor laws.
Experience with ATS or HRIS systems and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Able to work autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
