Primary Responsibilities:
Enable and coach managers to successfully resolve all employee relations issues, be the specialist in this area, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management;
Engage with and support the HRBPs with change management projects; restructure, redundancies, redeployment;
Manages HR operational processes supporting the employee lifecycle from hire through separation.
Maintains employee records, HR systems, and data integrity to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Supports onboarding, orientation, and employee integration activities for new hires.
Administers HR transactions including status changes, transfers, promotions, terminations, and organizational updates.
Coordinates compliance activities including I-9 administration, personnel records management, audits, and required documentation.
Generates workforce reports, metrics, and analytics to support business decision-making and workforce planning.
Serves as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Partners with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identifies opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Supports special projects and organizational initiatives aligned with business and HR objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or high-volume workforce environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience supporting HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, and workforce programs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support employees and leaders at all levels.
