HR SPECIALIST-JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Assist with employee benefits enrollment and changes.
Assist with recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Process new hire, employee status change, and separation documentation.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee information.
Ensure HR records remain accurate, organized, and confidential.
Assist with HR projects and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Paycom and Timberline are used within the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Construction or skilled trades industry experience
