At Lighthouse Youth & Family Services, we're looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist- Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent who are passionate about making a difference.What You'll Be Doing

As our recruiting superstar, you'll:

Find amazing candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.

Manage the full hiring journey from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.

Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop winning recruiting strategies.

Create an outstanding candidate experience that leaves applicants feeling valued and informed.

Build talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Track recruiting metrics and help us continuously improve our hiring process.

Support onboarding and other HR initiatives to ensure new team members get off to a great start.

Keep our ATS and HR systems organized, accurate, and up to date.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You might be our ideal candidate if you:

Have 3+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience.

Enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

Can balance multiple openings, deadlines, and priorities.

Have experience using an ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.

Understand employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Love solving problems and finding creative ways to attract talent.

Bonus Points For ... 

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
• Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills
• Experience with recruiting analytics and reporting
